A PHOTO TAKEN WITH FRIENDS BECAUSE WE DESERVE TO UNWIND!

Life is certainly a mixture of both sugar and salt. There are times of pure sweetness or moments of bitterness, while that is true, we also have those moments when we taste salt first before we can have sugar.

Has it ever crossed your mind how people find such courage and selflessness to prioritize others instead of themselves? How people have the heart to give up their own happiness in exchange for someone else’s happiness? How brave some people are to risk themselves and sacrifice everything that is important to them for the greater good of everyone they hold dear to them?

When we think about it, these are immensely exhausting and may be a few of all those “bitter” moments in our lives. Now, can you ask yourself what sacrifices, may it be small, have you made for other people? I’m pretty sure you have a lot to say! With all those things drawn in your mind, did it ever occur to you that all of these selfless actions you made led to two words?

“WORTH IT”

Out of all the plethora of reasons to taste the sweetness in life, we have these two words, “worth it”. Regardless of how much we invest, our tears, time, effort, patience, including all those breakdown moments and drinking until we pass-out sessions of our lives, they all makes sense when everything falls into place… and becomes worth it.

If you are a kind of person who puts everyone first, let me give you a hug because I’m super proud of you! If you have that friend who cheers for your happiness and will certainly do anything for you, then give them a hug! But among all, hug your parents for everything they did, do, and will do for you because out of all the people we meet in this lifetime, they are the ones who truly cares so much about us. Imagine what they have gone through, going through, and will go through just to give us a good life. Life is hard enough, let’s do our best not to make it any harder for them.

Being such a selfless person, we all deserve to have at least a moment to take a pause from all these exhaustions. You deserve to breath, your friends deserve to unwind, and your parents and family deserves to relax!
