TRAVEL BLOG #3: THE STRAWBERRY GUYABANO FARM (SG FARM)

Do you want to experience a farm life like no other? A place that brings you peace and joy? Well, fasten your seatbelt and set your destination to SG Farm located at Sitio Glandang, Barangay Kablon, Tupi South Cotabato. And don’t you worry because roads are mostly cemented and are just 7.5km away from National Highway, Crossing Kablon. I know 7.5km sounds tiring, but when you reach the place, I’m pretty sure that you will be amazed by the beauty of it.

TRIVIA

According to the Arts, Culture, Tourism, and Museum (ACTM) Unit, Strawberry – Guyabano Farm, or currently known as SG Farm, in the municipality of Tupi, is the top grosser in tourist arrivals in South Cotabato for the first quarter of 2021. From January to March this year, SG Farm in Sitio Glandang, Barangay Kablon of said town had 41,164 guests, surpassing the previous top Seven Falls Resort in Lake Sebu, which currently ranks second with 41,123 visitors.

With such unpredictably awful weather around the country and months of lockdown, I'm sure we're all anxious to get out of the house and do something different. Glamping (is a luxury type of camping that includes facilities and accommodation considered far more comfortable than traditional camping) covers the entire list and visits all of the best sites. It's always in the great outdoors and usually always in the most sought-after and stunning natural settings. If you're used to staying in hotels, you'll want to give this a try. You will have your personal space while being connected to nature, which is the most important thing. On social media, one new glamping destination has been making waves for being exceptional. Aguho Glamping at Strawberry Guyabano Farm is the official name, and it offers an extra-special glamping experience. In the morning, you may wake up to a spectacular sunset while overlooking Mount Matutum. It is an excellent spot to see nature at its most beautiful. It's impossible to go wrong with the sound of birds singing. While being hugged by the cool weather, sleep soundly. It isn't in Baguio, but it has a similar vibe. If you're worried about food, don't worry, because they have their restaurant and café. You may purchase your afternoon treats or even breakfasts starting at 6 a.m. at your convenience. There is nothing more you could ever wish.

I remember visiting SG Farm for the first time, and it was a great experience. And for the second time, I'm still in love with the place. I'm still in love with this place because it allows me to connect and be with nature, and of course, it is a place where I can unwind and chill. The majestic view and breezing wind captured my attention and heart. Aside from the cool breeze and fresh air, you may enjoy numerous establishments, and picture sites for that ideal awrahan and selfie pose with friends and family. There's also a Bayog Bar, where you may unwind with a bottle of beer or a few beverages. The Bar Area is on top, so you'll be able to enjoy another degree of relaxation by staying in one of the cottages. It's a beautiful spot to spend time with your family, friends, and loved ones. And if you feel like you're kind of late for summer, don't worry because they also have a lovely pool where you can swim all the time. The reason why people flock to this place is very evident, from its exciting activities, economical and excellent cuisine, instagrammable Resto, Villas and Cafes, employees who were extremely kind and constantly smiling, and most importantly, its amazing panoramic view of Mt. Matutum. The entrance fee and the foods are very reasonable and excellent. Overall this place is very worth visiting for and highly recommended. So what are you waiting for, Come and visit SG FARM, support locals and let's boost our tourism industry. Have a safe travel mga estudyanteng laagan!
