LAKE SEBU 7 FALLS
The Seven Falls site a.k.a. “Dongon 7 Falls” is captivating attraction located at Lake Sebu South Cotabato. The falls consist of majestic falls that has a strong power of water that were exceptionally cascaded by Mother Nature. All seven of them form a charming and breathtaking sight most especially the 2nd falls which has a 70 feet tall water flow. What makes the falls even attractive is because it is surrounded by majestic beauty and got even more extravagant by the vivid colors of the green plants and trees surrounding the area.

At the entrance on 1st and 2nd falls, you can see shops that contains souvenir which were hand made by the people. They also have rentals of the T’nalak traditional clothing that costs only about 50 pesos which is absolutely good for taking breathtaking pictures within the nature. It’s actually nice if you rent and try to wear even just once in a lifetime the T’boli traditional costume.
T’nalak is a hand-woven fabric made by the T’boli tribes. This traditional cloth plays a very important role in T’boli culture. The T’nalak clothing is made from abaca fiber that grows from seed to sky in just a span of 8 months. The sacred T’boli designs are inspired by their dreams (they literally sleep and see the patterns in their dreams). The inspiration for the T’nalak comes from the late grandmother named Lang Dulay. It is said that when Land Dulay dreams about the design, people of the dream weavers starts to make tnalak clothing.
LAKE SEBU: 7 FALLS ZIPLINE
One of the most exciting and a must thing to do most especially when you are in Lake Sebu is to try and experience the highest zip line in Southeast Asia. Riding zip line is the only way for you to easily see the beauty of the 7 falls. Visitors say that 7 Falls zip line is one of the cheapest zip lines treats you could ever have. For only 350 pesos, you can already scream the loudest you’d ever had.
TIPS FOR FIRST TIME ZIPLINERS
If you want to try and have a better and memorable experience in zip line, here are some tips for you to know.
1. Follow safety protocols. Always wear your face mask before riding the zip line especially now that we are on this pandemic. You can remove the face mask on the later part for photography.
2. Zip lining can be done solo or by pair. If you’d enjoy zip lining with a companion, the go, it’s your own choice. But, if you are confident doing it solo, you could stick to it. Of course, if you are travelling with your special someone, it is given that both of you will go together to create another memory.
3. For travel vloggers or bloggers, it is recommended to bring your own camera such as DSLR and go pro. If you don’t have those two, 7 falls has its own rental of go pro for as low as 350 pesos. They also have an offer of taking pictures on site 1 and site 2 which costs about 150 pesos. But if you have much money and want to a remembrance, you can grab both for only 500 pesos.
4. If you want to just record on your phone, it is recommended for you attached it on a reliable selfie stick. We do not recommend using phone for it has a tendency to have an impact when landing and you may not be able to handle your camera well.
5. Wear a proper attire or OOTD. Do not wear slippers because it has a tendency of falling.
